·因生产、运输造成的延误情况，我们愿意承担支付货款5‰日息滞纳金，作为补偿费用；
·未详事宜，未能逐一描述，我们承诺过未能实现，或低于同行标准，您都可以索取相关技术支持以及承诺保障，我们及时提供相关数据和技术支持，并提供相应的解决方案.
责任约定告知:
本着友好、互利合作原则，您我双方均有义务履行此次的供销合作责任。
·由于定制产品特殊性，不可二次销售，除不可抗拒因素外，中途不得毁约，如任一方毁约，违约方应无条件支付对方全部损失，中途变更制作内容或提出的问题，怠于答复而造成损失的应负责相应费用。
·买方的订购产品如涉及盗版、侵权等一切侵犯它方利益的由买方承担全部责任，卖方必须恪守行业道德，保护买方版权等合法权利；
·产品的材料色泽、疏松度、克重会受到批次影响，可能会有微弱偏差，不得借此作为退换货理由；产品也可能受环境色、测量工具不准或生产工艺影响，造成颜色（＜7%）、尺寸（＜1.0mm）的略微偏差，细节请参考相关技术部门鉴定标准；
·收货凭据具有买卖契约和责任约束作用，买方签收后即认可订购并收货，购方应及时支付货款（服务/制作费），自签收人起，60日内须支付买方货款，若有延时，双方协商无异议前提下，买方须书面向卖方承诺最后支付期限，协商不成时，逾期买方须按商定每日0.5%的滞纳金赔偿给卖方。
·未经事宜，根据双方协议合同、委托协议、补充说明履行（纸面、短信、邮件或传真）。
